Florence by Night

Before the critique: I have always wanted to go to Italy and look at some of ancestors history. I've heard a lot of things about Italy, especially Florence, which are sort of a mix bag full of information. But this picture is a lot of what I pictured: the close houses, beautiful structures, and a certain culture that is a mix of the present and the past.

Okay, now let me stop and actually critique your work.

I love the colors, especially how they complement the blue mountains in the back. The lights in the back I find to be a little distracting, and the wooden gate? in the bottom right of the screen is also a little distracting as well. I like the way you can see a good part of the city as well. I wish I could see the other buildings in a better light, but I do like the theme of the three major features though.
